General information

Driving licence: The driver's driving licence has to be at least two years old.
Minimum age: 21 years.

Methods of Payment

Credit cards: Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa, Magna, Acitva, Diners Club, American Express.

Rental rates

The minimum rental charge is for one day (24 hours). One additional hour (0-59 minutes) is free of charge. In case of more than one additional hour (over 60 minutes) 1/3 of the daily rental rate will be charged.

Rates are exclusive of petrol. For cars not returned with a full tank the customer will be charged for petrol plus 5 € service fee.

For lost documents, keys or plate number the customer will be charged 40 €.

Delivery/ Collection Service

Round-the-clock (00-24) delivery and collection of cars:
- Free delivery in other site in a 20 km circle from office during working hours.
- If the other site is more than 20 km and less than 100 km away from office during working hours: 25 € delivery/collection + delivery mileage

- More than 100 km away from office during working hours: 35 € + delivery mileage
- Delivery/collection charges in the office out of working hours:
20 € delivery/collection
30 € delivery/collection from 24.00 P.M. to 05.00 A.M.

Insurance

All cars are insured for damage caused to third parties.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): For all cars full coverage collision insurance included.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Driver and passengers are fully insured.
Theft Protection (TP): In case of the eventual theft of a car or its components, the customer must

report the theft to the police and to Rent a car owner.
